First of all if the fork and brake needed to be serviced its not gonna cost anything close to 800 considering the fork and brake brand new are less than that. Sounds like your bike shop is trying to make some money . I have sold several bikes with no bad remarks and i dont like being called a thief. Im gonna ask you one time nicely to not email me again.
